Located in Barnet, London, Mercy Care Home supports children and young people experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Our home promotes safety, healing, and growth using a trauma-informed PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) model. We accommodate up to three children and ensure a high staff-to-child ratio for personalised care.
We support education, emotional well-being, independence skills, and cultural and religious inclusion. Our goal is to help each young person flourish and prepare for a successful future.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Registered Managers, therapeutic support staff, key workers and an on-call operational manager. All staff are DBS-checked, trained in safeguarding, and committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care that meets and exceeds Ofsted requirements.
